After having that “ah-ha” moment and knowing that I needed to create better lifestyle changes to support healthy weight loss goals, I knew that just working out wasn’t going to get me there. Exercise just isn’t enough.
I realized that nutrition was actually the root cause of my weight loss journey roller coaster. I could follow a workout routine, but… ✌️Nutrition is 80% of results ✌️✌️! Instead of trying to only exercise to get to my goals, I found workout plans that always included a nutrition component that were SIMPLE and EASY TO FOLLOW. And it was life-changing. 9 years later and I’m stiiill going strong. I’ve never been able to say that before with anything else that I tried. 👎
