I’ve said it before and after this set I will say it again: NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF RESISTANCE BANDS!! Ouch!!😫🤣😆🤣😆 These moves are great as an addition to a lower body or ab circuit, or do more sets and make them a workout all in their own. Bands are a great tool that can be used anywhere, and may be easier to come by at the moment when at-home workout equipment is impossible to buy. They are also very affordable on any budget. As your ability and strength improves, you can adjust the resistance easily by doubling up. Choose a band that allows you to have full range of motion through the the exercise while still challenging. . 💥Lat Squeeze and Pull x15 . 💥SA Reverse Fly x14/Arm . 💥SA Chest Press in Hip Bridge Hold x14/side . 💥SA Bent Over Row x14/Arm . 💥Tricep Press Down x14/arm (be sure to keep wrist straight) . 💥Quick Curls x15 . 💥Puppy pets are recommended, but not required. . Repeat Circuit 4-5x through with little to no rest. . I hope everyone is hanging in there.
