Spending hours on the treadmill every day is not going to bring you happiness, nor results. A variety of movements which bring a smile to your face will ☺️ Except when we burpee... I haven’t met anyone yet who enjoys burpees. ⠀

A lot of changes lately, at the beginning of this year late 2019, I weighed in at about 140-143 solid. I had been lifting heavy and training heavy for about two years. It took me about a year and a half to actually make those gains from 120-125. Over the past... about 6 months I have been training in next to nothing in weight (mainly body weight & 5-15 pound weights) I have up'd my cardio and changed my diet & protein intake and began stretching intensely (lots and lots of yoga) I now weigh in at 130 even.
I love my body now just as I loved my body then. I wanted to see what I was made of, now I want to see what I alone, am capable of.
In all this, the saying "Life is about the journey, not the destination" rings true. Anyone can be anything they desire to be. It just depends on how you harness that energy and focus it. The only battle you must conquer resides in the mind.
